Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and Delivery Policy

Honcoop Enterprises LLC | Effective September 17, 2026

This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to retail, wholesale, retailer, and distributor orders placed with

Honcoop Enterprises LLC, doing business as Honcoop Natural Pet Treats (“Honcoop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By

placing an order, the purchaser (“customer” or “you”) agrees to this Policy together with our Website Terms

and Conditions and any applicable quote, invoice, or written sales agreement.

1 Order Preparation and Shipping Time

We ship an order when the order is complete and the products are ready. Preparation time varies based on

product availability, order size, packaging requirements, production schedules, and whether an item is

prepared or packed to order. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of the order but does not necessarily

mean that the order has shipped.

Any processing or shipment date stated at checkout, in an order confirmation, on a quote, or by a Honcoop

representative is an estimate unless we expressly identify it as guaranteed in writing. For prepaid consumer

orders, we will ship within the time stated when the order is placed. If no shipment time is stated, we will ship

within the period required by applicable law. If an unexpected delay requires customer consent, cancellation, or

a refund, we will provide those options as required by law.

Wholesale and distributor lead times may be stated in a quote, invoice, purchase-order acknowledgment, or

separate agreement. Large-volume and made-to-order purchases may require additional preparation time.

2 Carriers and Delivery Estimates

We select the carrier and service level unless a different arrangement is approved in writing. Transit and

delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Honcoop. Weather, holidays,

carrier congestion, transportation interruptions, natural disasters, governmental action, and other events

outside our reasonable control may delay delivery.

An order may be divided into multiple shipments when reasonably necessary. If we divide an order for our

convenience, we will not impose an additional shipping charge beyond the amount accepted for the order

unless you approve the charge in advance.

3 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, when applicable, are calculated or quoted based on destination, package dimensions and

weight, carrier service, accessorial charges, and other relevant factors. Charges shown at checkout or

accepted on a quote or invoice are part of the order total. Additional charges caused by inaccurate customer

information, refused delivery, address correction, storage, redelivery, lift-gate service, limited-access delivery,

or another customer-requested service may be billed to the customer to the extent permitted by law.

4 Delivery Address and Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable address, including any apartment,

suite, unit, business name, gate code, dock instructions, or other information needed for delivery. Review the

address before submitting the order and contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot

guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment begins.

A shipment sent to the address supplied by the customer will not qualify for a free replacement when loss,

delay, return, or misdelivery results from an incorrect or incomplete address, an unavailable recipient, refusal

of delivery, failure to retrieve a held package, or failure to provide necessary delivery instructions. We will

reasonably assist with carrier inquiries, but reshipment and additional carrier charges may be the customer’s

responsibility.

5 Lost Shipments

If tracking does not confirm delivery and a shipment appears lost in transit, contact us promptly at

contact@honcooppettreats.com. We will first work with the carrier to trace the shipment and will allow the

carrier a reasonable opportunity to locate or deliver it. You agree to provide any information or statement

reasonably requested for the carrier investigation.

If reasonable tracing efforts fail and the carrier or available evidence confirms that the shipment was lost in

transit, Honcoop will send replacement product to the original verified delivery address at no additional charge.

If the same product is no longer reasonably available, we may offer a substantially equivalent replacement,

merchandise credit, or refund, subject to applicable law and the customer’s agreement when required.

A free replacement does not apply when the customer supplied an incorrect address, redirected the shipment

without our approval, refused delivery, failed to collect a held shipment, or otherwise caused or materially

contributed to the loss. We may limit a loss claim when materially false information, duplicate recovery, or other

fraud is established.

6 Packages Marked Delivered

A package marked delivered by the carrier is not automatically considered lost in transit. First check the

delivery location, household or business members, neighbors, mailroom, receiving dock, parcel locker, and any

photograph or delivery note supplied by the carrier. Notify us promptly if the package remains missing. We will

reasonably assist with a carrier trace or claim.

Theft or disappearance after confirmed delivery is generally not a carrier-loss claim and does not automatically

qualify for free replacement. Any replacement or credit in that situation is determined from the available

evidence, carrier findings, applicable law, and the circumstances of the order.

7 Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

Inspect each shipment promptly upon delivery. If product arrives physically damaged, contaminated, materially

defective, or different from what was ordered, notify us within seven calendar days after delivery. For freight

shipments, visible damage or shortage should also be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing

whenever reasonably possible.

A claim should include:

 the order or invoice number;

 the affected product and quantity;

 clear photographs of the product, inner packaging, outer shipping container, shipping label, and visible

damage;

 the lot code and best-by or date information, when present; and

 a brief explanation of the condition discovered.

Keep the affected product and all packaging until we complete our review or provide disposal instructions. Do

not ship product back without written return authorization. After verification, we will ordinarily replace damaged

or incorrect goods at no additional charge. We may instead issue a refund or credit when replacement is

unavailable or another remedy is required by law.

Ordinary variations in the size, shape, color, texture, aroma, fat content, or appearance of natural animal

products are not shipping damage or product defects when the product otherwise conforms to its description.

8 Returns and Exchanges

Except for verified damaged, contaminated, materially defective, or incorrect goods, all sales are final.

Because our products are edible animal products, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on buyer’s

remorse, a change in preference, a dog’s refusal to eat or chew the product, ordinary natural variation,

overordering, ordering the wrong quantity, or failure to follow storage or handling requirements.

Even when a damaged-product claim is approved, we may direct the customer to document and safely dispose

of the product rather than physically return it. No return will be accepted without prior written authorization from

Honcoop.

9 Wholesale Inventory and Sell Through

Wholesale, retailer, and distributor purchases are firm purchases and are not made on consignment unless a

separate written agreement signed by Honcoop expressly states otherwise. Honcoop does not guarantee retail

sales, customer demand, inventory turnover, margins, or sell-through.

We do not repurchase, exchange, rotate, or credit inventory because it sold slowly, did not sell, became

overstocked, was ordered in excess, reached the retailer’s preferred inventory age, was discontinued by the

retailer, or because the retailer is closing, changing ownership, changing its product assortment, or ending its

relationship with Honcoop. The purchaser is responsible for ordering appropriate quantities, rotating inventory,

monitoring package condition and date codes, and selling or otherwise handling inventory lawfully.

10 Storage and Mold Claims

Customers must protect products from moisture, humidity, excessive heat, direct sunlight, pests, chemicals,

odors, contamination, and damaged packaging. Products should remain sealed in their original packaging and

be stored in a clean, cool, dry location in accordance with the package label. Retailers and distributors must

use sound inventory rotation and must not offer compromised product for sale.

Mold is not automatically evidence that the product was defective when delivered. Honcoop is not responsible

for mold, spoilage, deterioration, or loss of quality caused after delivery by improper storage or handling,

including exposure to moisture or humidity, heat, an opened or unsealed package, punctured or damaged

packaging after receipt, cross-contamination, pests, unsanitary storage, repackaging, failure to rotate

inventory, or storage beyond the product’s labeled period.

A suspected mold or spoilage condition that may have existed before delivery or resulted from production or

packaging must be reported promptly, and no later than seven calendar days after discovery. Provide

photographs, the lot code, best-by or date information, purchase and delivery dates, the quantity affected, and

a description of how the product was stored and handled. Preserve the affected product and original packaging

until we give instructions. We will investigate legitimate product-quality concerns and provide an appropriate

remedy when the evidence indicates that the condition existed before delivery or resulted from a defect for

which Honcoop is responsible.

11 Refused and Undeliverable Shipments

Unless refusal is based on documented visible damage, an unauthorized refusal does not cancel the order or

create a right to a refund. The customer may be responsible for original shipping, return shipping, storage,

address-correction, redelivery, and other carrier charges associated with a refused or undeliverable shipment.

Perishable or edible products returned by a carrier may be ineligible for resale and may not qualify for product

credit, subject to applicable law.

12 Freight and Large Commercial Deliveries

The receiving party must provide safe and reasonable access for commercial delivery, appropriate personnel

and equipment for unloading unless lift-gate or inside service was purchased, and a recipient authorized to

inspect and sign for the shipment. Pallet count, carton count, shortages, and visible damage should be

recorded on the bill of lading or delivery receipt. Signing without notation may limit the carrier’s acceptance of a

freight claim, although it does not eliminate rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

13 Claims Review and Exclusive Shipping Remedy

We may request photographs, statements, carrier documentation, proof of purchase, remaining product,

original packaging, or other information reasonably needed to evaluate a claim. Failure to provide available

information may prevent verification. We may also report suspected theft or fraud to the carrier, payment

provider, insurer, or appropriate authorities.

For a verified loss in transit, shipping damage, or shipment error, our ordinary remedy is replacement of the

affected product at no additional charge. When replacement is unavailable or inappropriate, we may issue a

refund or credit. This paragraph does not limit any nonwaivable remedy available under applicable consumer

law or any obligation arising from a product defect for which the law makes Honcoop responsible.

14 Policy Changes

We may update this Policy prospectively. The version in effect when an order is accepted will govern that order

unless applicable law requires otherwise or a separate written agreement controls.
